The celluloid cover is near flawless, that is, if you tip the album to the light, you will find barely a scuff or rub and a few minor scratches, certainly no damages or cracks, no crazing, chips or breaks. I truly have never seen a celluloid cover in this great of condition, you will be delighted with it. The winter scene has great depth with mountains in the background, a full moon above and a meandering roadway in the foreground. The cameo portrait of this young girl is simply exquisite. She is darling, who can resist her. My photos are showing all the colors fairly well and her portrait is framed with gold and a hot pink Nouveau styled design. She is quite the little princess, so lovable.  
I'm showing you lots of photos so you can fall in love with it and judge this album of being worthy to add to your treasures. The overall background tone of the cover has a soft creamy shading, which I believe is showing fairly well in most of the photos. The mood is very pleasant on this album, just seems so picturesque and welcoming to me.
The exterior page edges are drenched in gold gilt and look near perfect. The 2 part brass clasp is complete and is in sold working order. A period appropriate exterior velvety type fabric covers the spine and backside. The fabric is original and in remarkable condition, showing only the very slightest of age, no wear whatsoever, amazing. The binding of this album is in great condition. I really can't find one thing to complain about.  
The interior contains 10 pages and they are also in very desirable condition with lovely gold stenciled florals and borders. Only one paper separator is missing from the front page, there are only a couple of slot tears on the back page and one small minor tear near the picture frame on the first page. All of this can be easily taped if you wish. Looks like the photos frames will hold 4 by 6 pictures and smaller photos on the back page. This album measures 10½ inches in height by 8¼ in width and is 1½ inches thick. This is not an overly heavy album and will carry comfortably. This exquisite antique celluloid photo album will not disappoint it's next owner, it is sensational for holding your photos of family and friends.... and oh what a great gift.
