Privacy: My services include protecting your identity. Your contact information and transaction details are completely confidential. Your phone number, mailing and email addresses are for my eyes only, no exceptions. 

Purchasing: Place an order or make merchandise inquiries by emailing me anytime at or call me by chance at 413-301-5092, no calls after 7:00 PM Eastern time PLEASE.  Having the item number will make it easier for me to answer your questions or take your order.  When you place your order, I will require your phone number and mailing address. I will keep you well informed throughout your purchase and I ask the same of you regarding delays in payment, order changes, canceled orders, etc. Items are considered sold when you tell me you are satisfied with your purchase or when you have used or worn your purchase.

Payments: In accordance with my policies, I accept payments in US dollars, payable through a US bank in the form of checks and money orders. I process credit cards and e-checks through, a safe and secure online payment service that is easy and free for you to use. Massachusetts residents will be charged the appropriate sales tax. Credit card payments and US Postal money orders allow me to ship quicker, usually within 48 hours of payment. Checks, money orders and bank drafts, which allow the sender to cancel payment, are held by my bank for clearing. Funds are commonly cleared within 2 or 3 business days. Please consider this when choosing your payment method. You will be notified when your payment is received. If your check is returned for insufficient funds, a $30.00 fee will be charged to you to cover my bank's charge to me.

International Customers: I ship worldwide, wherever possible. Please be prepared to pay your country's duty fees or taxes. I will be truthful on all custom's forms, shipping labels, invoices and merchandise receipts, as is required by law. Also, some countries have customs regulations that could  slow up the delivery of your purchase. Delays don't happen very often but I have no control over your parcel once it leaves my hands or enters your country. Most international buyers should be prepared to make their payment through

Shipping: Prior to shipping, I closely inspect each item and make sure the condition matches  my online item description. Shipments to or within the state of Massachusetts are subject to MA sales tax. I ship weekdays through the US Postal Service. Once in awhile, severe weather causes delays. Occasionally, I travel and although I can take your order, I cannot ship while I'm away. I usually email when your purchase is on it's way. I pack with great care, I use lots of packing materials and damage is rare, however, if it occurs, please retain all the original packaging and bring it all to the Post Office. The post office must be able to see that the wrapping and packing was more than adequate and that the damage was not caused by insufficient packaging. The buyer must fill out and submit an insurance claim. I will assist with the expediting of the postal refund in my full capacity.

Returns & Refunds: Although my buyers rarely make returns, I do offer a 3 day return privilege on items that you have not used, damaged or worn. If for any reason, you choose to make a return, inform me right away, re-wrap each item in all my packaging and ship your purchase back, insured, undamaged and unused, within 3 days of it's delivery to you. If you return your purchase unreasonably late, you should expect to be charged a 20% late return fee. Please insure your return against loss or damage, to protect your investment, because at the point of return, you own the item. If you decide not to  insure your return, I reserve the right to deny the return upon delivery. If you choose to use, wear or carry your purchase prior to returning it, you should expect to be charged a 40% usage fee, especially concerning antique purses, powder compacts and other vintage textiles such as linens, etc. Refund of the purchase price is issued when the same item I shipped you arrives back to me, unaltered, unused and undamaged. Refunds are issued by check or through Paypal as quickly as possible. Refunds are less all shipping fees and if free shipping is offered on an item and that item is returned, the buyer agrees that their refund will be less the original shipping costs. Exceptions will be at my discretion.

We Answer Questions About Our Products and Services: Thank you for your patience when I cannot promptly reply to your inquiries. Descriptions and photos are offered to the best of my knowledge and technical ability.  Ask for additional photos and information when needed. Your satisfaction remains my concern.
