Although it's difficult for me to precisely date this crystal cologne bottle, I do estimate it to be from that era, that is the 1950's to 1960's. Crystal is always a difficult subject matter to photograph but I do believe my photos do a good job of offering a true picture of what you should expect. This bottle is very clear and carries solid weight, as quality lead crystal should. The cuts to the swirling pattern are at least one sixteenth of an inch deep and vary a bit in width. All surfaces of this bottle are highly polished and I find not one to be noted. I know some of my photos may appear to show a crack or chip but that is an illusion of the camera, this vintage perfume bottle is perfect.
This exquisite bottle measures approx. 4¾ inches in height with it's stopper in place and 3¾ inches at it's widest. It has a nice bulbous shape and sits steady and right. The stopper fits as it should and is finely finished with a ground end. This bottle has been stored away for a very long time. I did not want to get it wet prior to taking photos but it could possibly use a rinsing out, although it appears to have never been used. If you've been looking for a quality cut crystal perfume bottle with a simply elegant look, please consider this prime example, it's beautiful and pristine.
