This entire purse is hand made, covered in bright white tiny seed beads. All beads are in place and very snug, giving this purse a bit of a stiffer hand. This purse has been professionally and thoroughly cleaned, it now carries only a scent of freshness, the beading is white without yellowing. The beading is accentuated all around with a crystal clear bead which gives it it's radiant design. I must say how difficult it is to find a beaded evening bag as bright white as this one, it's fabulous, it is as white as possible for a vintage purse. I find not one flaw, the beadwork is perfect, as far as I can see. The purse is well attached to the frame at all points including the beaded handle, so lets get on to talking about this especially beautiful frame. 
 The golden frame has a wonderful bright tone and is fully beaded and enhanced with Limoges porcelain accent pieces. The lift up to open clasp is a fully pronged porcelain disc, 1 inch by ¾ of an inch, it is transfer decorated in the Fragonard romance theme. The top of the frame is enhanced with two more of these lovely Limoges pieces, each being ¾ by ½ of an inch. These elegant evening purses with the porcelain accents are highly sought after and it's no wonder, they are simply enchanting. All elements of the frame open and close as it should. I'm showing you lots of photos of the frame so you can discern it's marvelous characteristics. 
 The condition of the frame is all you could hope for with complete and secure beadwork, a truly sophisticated frame with no wear or significant age showing to the metal, no dark age spots, corrosion or rust. Small faux pearls encircle the porcelain and some of them have lost their outer color but overall, they look just fine to me. I can't imagine that anyone could not love this purse. 
 The interior bright white satin lining is in excellent spotless condition and shows little, if any, signs of usage. There is one roomy pocket which has it's designer label attached. There is ample room in this handbag and it will carry your essentials for that special event. Stuffed with tissue, it measures 5½ inches in height by 6½ in width along the bottom, the sides gusset out about 1½ inches and the fully beaded handle drops the purse by 6 inches. You will not be disappointed with this eloquent French evening handbag, grab it while you can, it's totally, marvelously, deliciously white.
