The photos are true to what you can expect and I'm showing you plenty of them so you can judge this set as worthy. The tray is a beauty with a slight kidney shape, the gold gilt outer edge shows a little age related wear but nothing too naughty. Although the backside is unmarked, the artwork is signed, Nevian, as shown. This tray measures generously at 11 & 1/2 in length by 8 & 1/2 in width. The hair receiver is another splendid vanity accessory and look how fabulously it is hand painted. The bottom carries the elusive Klingenberg mark that dates this set to between 1890 and 1910. It has a great bulbous shape, rims are gold gilded, interior is pale yellow and it measures 4½ across and sits 2½ in height. This rare oval box is an extra treat, another great piece with a Limoges mark that was used after 1891. The cover has a gilt outer edge, the interior is painted in pale yellow and it measures 5 in length by 3 in width and sits 2 inches tall, a very nice size. Lets not forget the powder shaker, a piece that every set should have, it shows well in the first and last photos. It carries a Victoria Austrian mark, it no longer has it's cork stopper and it measures 4⅝ in height by 2⅝ across the shapely base. The gold gilded top adds an elegant touch and is completely intact. This set is in perfect condition, no damages and wee if any wear to be found. It is one of the prettiest sets to come my way in awhile, I know you will cherish it for decades, it really is a charmer and will dress your vanity with class and distinction.
